Drizzle, dip, or dress, Stillbones Extra Virgin Olive Oil is here to cover all the bases. From cooking with your partner, to a dinner party with dear friends, our EVOO compliments every foodie occasion. Accompany our oil with sourdough bread from your local bakery, or use as a drizzly topper for veggies and leafy greens. Our oil has a smoke point of 410º F, so feel free to use for those roasted recipes, too.

Made with a blend of Mediterranean varietals, our oil is low in free fatty acids, rich in polyphenols, and packed with micronutrients, antioxidants, and healthy monounsaturated fats. Harvested and pressed on Waiheke Island but bottled in the Central Coast of California, Stillbones EVOO is packaged in a 375 ml, UV-coated glass bottle to prevent light exposure and oxidation while ensuring the highest quality oil with an extended shelf life. Each bottle includes a built-in recyclable drizzler cap, making pouring smooth so you can treasure every last drop.

Tasting Notes

Made from a specially crafted blend of Frantoio, Leccino, & Pendolino olives, our Stillbones Extra Virgin Olive Oil is buttery and fresh with floral aromatics, grassy green notes, and a peppery finish.

Island Grown & Island Made

Where the forest and vines meet the ocean and sea breeze, Waiheke Island is a place of magic filled with vineyards, olive groves, and beaches a bounty.

Our olives are grown in the oceanside hills of Waiheke Island, New Zealand. The ancient soil structures mixed with the unique maritime micro-climate have made the island an ideal place to grow olives with the best views to match. Our olives are all hand-harvested from our spray-free, single estate grove and are cold-pressed within a few hours of picking to ensure the best quality oil.
